Launched in the summer of 2009, GRC is expanding its digital & social media practice looking for talented professionals with an expertise in video work, graphical design and keen knowledge of today’s social mediums including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and all of today’s (daily changing) popular sites.
• Develop and execute social media PR plans, including contests and awareness campaigns
• Manage GRC’s accounts on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to build communities and engage users, as well as clients
• Edit video content to produce mini-Social Media videos
• Coordinate with public relations and creative teams to develop social media messaging and timeline
• Investigate opportunities to build awareness in new markets through social media
• Track and report results of social media efforts
• Produce, edit and finalize video interviews
• Keen understanding of Adobe Illustrator is a must as well as video editing software
Preferred Knowledge:
• Experience with social media, particularly Twitter, Facebook and YouTube (preferred: experience using social media as a marketing tool)
• Understanding of graphics – Adobe Illustrator and video editing
Required/Preferred Skills:
• Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Education Level:
• College student or graduate
